On the 14th April, we went to Farnborough Hall, near Banbury. It's a really nice place. There are some really nice rooms, lovely plaster-work and antique/antique-style (i.e. copies of Roman) busts and that.

After visiting the house, we walked down to the cascade (past the wonderful magnolia) and sat a little watching it and the swan on its nest. Then back up to the house, and climbed on up again along the Terrace Walk to the folly with a great view. Here are a few photos:
