Holiday in Torquay 13-18 May 2010
In May mom and I drove to the Sherwood Hotel, Belgrave Road, Torquay for a nice five-day break. The weather was very mixed, with some lovely sunshine, and some miserable showers. We made the most of it though and had a very nice time.

On the Sunday, we saw the "Church parade" of the local army people:

On that Sunday morning the weather wasn't great, and we went to Brixham for a little look round. Just a couple of photos from there:

Cockington
The highlight of the holiday, however, was a visit to the marvellous gem that is Cockington village and park. First the thatched village:
