Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens had their Easter special event on the 11th of April this year and we combined the walk and talk and family moots. I arrived just right, after Pat and Phil, Vicki and family and just before Sam and Barry and her parents arrived. Richard and Hayley, Joy and Katie and family were also there. We went and met Marie and Glynis who were both on stalls, then I showed Richard and Hayley all round the gardens. It was nice to have them to show round. I've not been to the gardens in Spring before, but I think this is about the fifth time I've been. It was good to see the difference in Spring. Lots of tulips looking good and some of the fruit blossom. I took quite a few photos, and below are just a few. We went back to the café and I had a tea and cake. So generally a very nice afternoon. I also saw the lord mayor of Solihull in his official capacity there. I left a little after 4. The first photo is of Hayley.
